iOS app privacy policy
Effective date: 3 September 2026
Summary
Repeating Beep 1.0 for iPhone and iPad does not collect data from the app. It has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party software development kits.
Information stored on your device
The app stores only your selected beep interval and Also vibrate preference in its local preferences. These settings are used to restore your choices after a normal restart. Repeating Beep has no account or app-operated cloud sync, and it does not send these preferences to the developer.
Permissions and device access
The app does not request access to contacts, location, microphone, camera, photos, notifications, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking. Its user-initiated timer uses iOS audio background operation, and its optional Live Activity is provided locally by iOS without ActivityKit push notifications or an app backend.
Network use
Core timer operation, bundled Help, preferences, audio, and Live Activity operation do not require an internet connection or background data transfer. The app opens repeatingbeep.com in your browser only when you choose the website link. Browser and website activity is separate from the iOS app and is not sent back to it.
Apple services
Apple may process App Store purchases, downloads, diagnostics, and operating-system services under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. That processing is not app data collected by Repeating Beep. Apple may provide developers with aggregated or privacy-protected store and diagnostic information through its developer services.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version changes its data practices, this policy and the App Store privacy response will be updated before that version is released. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
